Spring-Summer Ball EligibilityWe have changed the age eligibility to conform to the little league rules. Age eligibility is determined as of April 30, 2013 for boy’s baseball and as of December 31, 2012 for girl’s softball. Exceptions may be allowed with board approval. The age eligibility and fees are as follows:
Spring House LeagueThe OPBA Spring Baseball League starts in April and runs until June or July, depending on the division. Over 1200 children participate in the league. Registration starts in February. The Spring Divisions include:

Summer Tournament TeamThe OPBA Summer Tournament Teams begin play in July. All children playing in the OPBA House League Divisions with participating Tournament Teams are eligible to try out for the Summer All Star Leagues is that Division.
There are 2 tryout dates per Division which are posted online as the House League comes to a close. The All Star teams are chosen based on the following capabilities:

Not only does Oriole Park offer these clinics free, but the staff is top notch. Instructors from varying professional baseball/softball backgrounds head up the sessions. Oriole Park Baseball Association is pleased to announce the schedule for the 2012-2013 Boys and Girls Winter Clinics. The Winter Clinics are free of charge. The coaching staff includes current and past professional baseball players, softball pitching instructors, high school and collegiate coaches. The program focuses on hitting, pitching, fielding as wll as situational baseball and softball.
In recent years, Oriole Park Baseball Association has sponsored a key number of winter events designed to prepare our Boys and Girls for Spring and Summer ball. The "Winter Clinics" are one such event that continues to generate a high level of positive feedback from the community.
