What do you get when you build a foundation starting with pride?  Answer; you get the 2019, Oriole Park Girl's Fastpitch All Star team!  For many of these house league players, it was a first open tryout experience.  It was their first time playing in a tournament.  It was their first time playing together as a team...  These many first's can be scary to a group of 12U house league players but this 12U team embraced these challenges and demonstrated why they are All Stars.

While their many individual talents could be seen on the field, the exemplary sportsmanship and pride they demonstrated both as individuals as well as a teammates are what make these players All Stars.  Enduring the heat and other challenges of tournament play, this team persevered and never quit!  

We should all remember that talent may get you a tryout for an All Star team or Travel team but you can be sure that what you may lack in talent will be more then made up for with the confidence and pride you have for yourself, your family, your team and your community.  Always be proud of who you are and what you represent.  We are so proud to have this 12U Girl's Fastpitch Softball team represent the best Oriole Park has to offer!
